Mr. Hemanshu Kapadia is a senior corporate advisor having a thorough and varied experience of over two decades in Company Law and Secretarial matters. He is also a Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration (MICA). He is a professional corporate consultant to various Central Government Corporations and reputed public limited companies. Mr. Hemanshu Kapadia has developed his expertise in the areas of Merchant Banking, Corporate Restructuring like mergers, amalgamations, including drafting of various related schemes, handling Public Issues, Preferential Allotment, Right Issue, Reverse book building process, RBI matters, Company Law Petitions, Company Formation, Company Winding up, Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit, and Liaisoning with Government, Semi-Government authorities. Ms Preeti Anand Bhangle (FCS, B.Com)

Ms Preeti Anand Bhangle, Partner of VPP & Associates, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is in this profession for the past eight years and holding Certificate of Practice since 5 years. She has a team of qualified Company Secretaries and Apprenticeship Trainees. She has experience in Company Law, SEBI Compliances and FDI matters. Compliance Governance has been her key strengths.

Mrs. Pooja Mayank Jain, promoter and partner of VPP & Associates, is into Company Secretarial field since last 6 years. She has been actively participating in providing presentations in various forums and association. She currently handles a team of 3 qualified and energetic apprenticeship trainees and believes in smart work along with hard work, thus making time management her forte.
